Getting Help
Use this page when Discord login, server sync, bot installation, channel configuration, or notification delivery does not behave as expected.
Contact Discord: @jackskeletron99_55294 and include the affected Discord server name, configured channel, and the approximate time of the issue.
Discord Login Expired
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to list servers you can manage. If the saved OAuth token expires, sign out and sign in again with Discord.
An expired dashboard login does not stop already configured notifications. Scheduled delivery uses the bot token, not the user's OAuth token.
Server Not Listed
Only Discord servers where your account has Manage Server permission are shown.
- Check that you are signed in with the correct Discord account.
- Check that your account can manage the server.
- Use Refresh on the dashboard if Discord data is cached.
Bot Not Detected
After using Add Bot to Server, return to the dashboard and use the status refresh for that server. Discord authorization windows do not always update the dashboard automatically.
If the bot still is not detected, remove the app integration from Discord and authorize it again with the correct server selected.
Notifications Not Sending
Check the configured server settings first.
- A text channel must be selected.
- Notifications must be enabled.
- The bot must be able to view the channel and send messages.
- Embed Links permission is required for rich notification cards.
Duplicate Or Backfilled Notifications
The service stores seen CABAL posts in the database to avoid duplicates. If the database is reset, migrated incorrectly, or source URLs change, visible old posts can look new once.
After those posts are saved, recurring scans should send only posts that were not previously recorded.
