CABAL News Discord

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Service

CABAL News Discord is a notification platform that lets Discord users sign in with Discord OAuth, select Discord servers they can manage, configure a text channel, and receive CABAL news or update notifications through a single Discord bot.

The service monitors official CABAL EU web pages and posts notifications to configured Discord channels. CABAL News Discord is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord, PlayThisGame, or CABAL.

2. Eligibility And Authority

You may use this service only if you are allowed to use Discord and have authority to manage the Discord server you configure. By configuring a server, you confirm that you have the required Discord permission to manage that server and to choose where the bot may send messages.

3. Discord Requirements

Your use of this service must comply with Discord rules, including the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Discord Developer Policy. You are also responsible for your Discord server settings, role permissions, and channel permissions.

Discord documents: Developer Terms and Developer Policy.

4. Bot Permissions

The bot needs enough Discord permissions to view the configured channel and send messages there. If embeds are used, the bot also needs permission to embed links. If the bot cannot access a server or channel, notifications may fail until permissions are corrected.

5. Notifications

Notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of Discord outages, rate limits, missing permissions, website changes, network errors, database issues, or scheduled maintenance.

The service is designed to avoid duplicate notifications, but no system can guarantee perfect delivery or perfect deduplication in every failure scenario.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to spam Discord servers, bypass Discord restrictions, abuse Discord APIs, interfere with the bot, scrape or reverse engineer private parts of the service, or configure the bot in servers where you do not have permission.

7. Account Removal

You can delete your local account from the Profile page. Deleting your account removes saved Discord OAuth data and local notification configuration tied to your account. Global CABAL source records and global post records are not personal account data and may remain in the system.

8. Changes And Termination

The service may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Access may be limited or removed if the service is abused, if Discord requires a change, or if continued operation would create security, legal, or operational risk.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.
